Continual performance improvement is a key driver of Doosan Babcock in the development of improved working practices that enable successful business delivery. Areas where we continually monitor and strive to improve performance include measurement against agreed key performance indicators, the implementation of company wide improvement and internal audit programmes, and the facilitation of improvement opportunities.
