Pipework Design
Doosan Babcock has a wide experience of designing pipework systems for a range of drum and once through boilers, HRSG and nuclear applications. In addition, pipework engineering for petrochemical, pharmaceutical and general industrial applications is also undertaken. The scope includes:-
  • Original design supply and erection services
  • Retrofit design and analysis

Pipework can be designed to meet the client's requirements and to ensure compliance with international design codes and standards, such as ASME 1, ASME 111, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, BS EN 13480 and BS806

Analytical software consists of proprietary programs 'PSA5' and 'AutoPIPE' for flexibility analysis, 'Finglow' and 'PVE5' for local loading and in-house programs e.g. for pressure drop analysis.
