On Line Leak Sealing
Injectaseal Site Services now offer our clients a full service of leak sealing across the spectrum of sizes, materials, products and pressures. With in-house design and manufacture facilities for the production of pressure containment boxes to Doosan Babcock standards of welding and quality control, the client is assured of a quality product at very competitive rates.

Design and Manufacture of Pressure Containment Enclosures

Some leak sealing applications require the manufacture of pressure containment enclosures. We are able to manufacture these enclosures to ASME standards ensuring both the integrity of the materials and the welding. A full design service is offered, supported by a manufacturing quality package.

On Line Valve Re-packing

The Injectaseal method of on-line valve maintenance is an innovation in the field of valve packing. Instead of the thermo setting compounds used by our competitors, the Valvepac process involves injecting the valve with the manufacturer's recommended packing material while the valve is on-stream. The result is a valve which is leak free and fully operational, providing reduced maintenance costs and avoiding costly shut downs.

  • Process covers a wide range of chemicals and gasses
  • Temperatures up to 600 degrees Centigrade
  • Pressures up to 3500 psi
  • In house design and manufacture of enclosures
  • Valvepac process uses valve manufacturer's recommended packing
