The scope of contract also includes:
- Refinery plant utilities
- All Refinery production units including HFA

- Off site sea port terminal
- Rail and road tanker loading
- Tank farm and bulk storage facilities
- Workshops and offices
Doosan Babcock is happy to operate under innovative contractual arrangements that provides incentives for both parties to increase effectiveness and efficiency in order to improve margins. Doosan Babcock has fixed price, reimbursable and partnering agreements currently with several petrochemical clients.
